"While there is still no known cure for this severe mental illness, new medications can help alleviate many of the disease's severe symptoms with fewer side effects ..." National Women's Health Resource Center

The Poisoning of America, The Truth Behind Obesity In Our Country, By Gerald Kein, Omni Hypnosis Training Center:

"Back in the late 1800's Dr. Tinera discovered that if you remove sugar from the diet many so called mental illnesses just seem to disappear. Also, sugar seems to be the leading cause of schizophrenia. Dr. John Tinera and many others since, have stated that no one again, no one should ever undergo any type of psychotherapy without first having a five hour blood glucose test!! He has shown that many mental and physical illnesses are cured by the elimination of sugar from the patients diet."

Of course, whatever you do, always consult your medical practitioner FIRST as only he or she is fully aware about your medical conditions.
